PT. Aldiracita Corpotama

PT Aldiracita Corpotama (“the company”) was established based on the notarial deed No. 378 of Mr. Mohamad Said Tadjoedin SH dated 28 June 1990. The deed of establishment was approved by the Ministry of Justice in its decision letter No.C-24022.H.T.01.01 dated 9 July 1990.

 
The Company obtained its broker dealer license from the Chairman of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency acting on behalf of the Ministry of Finance based on his letter No. Kep-200/PM/1992.
 
The company has obtained underwriting license from the Chairman of Capital Market Supervisory Agency’s letter No. Kep-01/PM/PEE/2000 dated 14 January 2003.
 
Recently, the company has established a Fund Management under its subsidiary company named PT Surya Timur Alam Raya or known as STAR.
